I was at Home Depot the other day and grabbed an embarrassing number of paint chips. I don’t know why, but every time I get paint chips I feel like I’m like I’m the paint chip version of the Hamburgular, fiendishly stuffing paint chips into my purse like a crazy person and running out of the store like I stole something.
Anyway, I started thinking about what we were going to go with all those samples once we picked out a color. The answer: use them for wall art! You’ll need to make a few trips to the store to collect all the chips you’ll need (or ask for discontinued samples), but it’ll be worth it.

It’ll take some time to gather your paint chips and to lay out your design, but with patience and some removable tape, anything is possible! Best of all this is free and you can attached the chips with tape or poster tack, so this is a real option for college students and renters.
